Not a SAK but I think is SAK related..
I was looking at a Richartz Catalog and found some interesting tools in the Scales of the Nova Struktura Knife

Can you imagine trying to turn screws with the handle on that mini driver? I think I'll stick to the corkscrew insert

Yep, I don't think that mini driver is very practical either.. But the needle is something new
Another interesting thing in this model in particular, is that apparently the small bump in the handle is a Blade Locking Mechanism

Richartz has always been innovative with their handles.
They were pioneers of the dual density with their Optima, Futura & Struktura Lines..
As well with hollow handles:
