How funny is this. I just bought this same NIB kit off of eBay. Doing some research on it, and the first link is this thread off of Google. Somehow I missed this thread...go figure.Serves me right to try and look for exterior info, when MT.O is so info rich. The seller stated that this kit was only sold in Europe in the 90s.

That is pretty neat. The sheathe setup reminds me of the military issue TL-29 knife/lineman's pliers from WW2.
