I'v separated my house keys and car keys. On my house keys there's the Nespresso keychain for buying new cups, an 8 GB usb-key and a Maglite Solitaire.

On my car key there's a smash-and-grab raider (Is that the right word for it?)

Updated photo.

I never counted how many keys and stuff is there.
I use a central carabiner and I put my keys in teams, each one with it's own keyring. Color coded are the most used.
The car's keyring is my EDC and has the Leatherman carabiner, red LED light, Ladybug and Minichamp.
On my wife's car keyring I also keep the garage keys. There are also keyrings for my house, summer house, parent's house, office, clinic. 7 teams.

I carry it like this for about 12 years. Before that it evolved gradually. I always keep it at hand (when I walk from the car to one of the buildings), in the bag or in the car/house, but never in my pockets.

That's because it won't fit in any pocket!

True.
But my car's keys fit and that's why I keep the Minichamp, Ladybug, LED and Leatherman carabiner there.

The regular one. Didn't even know there was a LED when I bought it last week.

I have gone back and forth with my keychain.  I have my car key and house key separate, my car key has a Photon X with it and my house key has a nano and a pill fob.  I took off all other items because they just didn't work for me.  I use a key-bak retractable with a kevlar cord I forget if its a 36 or 48.  I carry several other keys  and like being able to keep them attached to me when unlocking and locking doors.  I dont like the bulk and wish it were slimmer but I like the security and features. I may try their Original 48 soon.

Well. My experience with the LED one is awful, I wish I didn't know about it either, lol.

Keep it simple, keep it quiet.
Taking from Kampfer idea.

Very good idea. And no noise. I always hated having to pack keys around. This makes it better. Thanks again Kampfer.

I was a little like that. Recently I managed to take out 5 keys from the EDC. Those 5 only get used from time to time and usually when I'm driving, so now I keep them at home next to the car keys.
Today I got even lighter, carrying a K1 Led Lenser (small* pun intended) and a Leatherman PS. I'll be leaving my Vic SignatureLite, SwissTech 19-in-1 and Rolson flashlight at home.

 :salute: :tu:

* pun intended

1st
...even lighter... because I was talking about a flashligh with some 16lumens

2nd
small pun... because the K1 is minimal, really small...

At the moment, is this:

Before the Micra, there was either a classic or a rambler,

Tec suspension clip, Ptx Brewzer, Micra, Telepen, Split Pea lighter, Photon Freedom.
The Micra sometimes comes off and get's carried in another pocket to make the whole package slimmer.
In my wallet there is a P38 and a Sears/Crafstman 4way, and some safety pins to add some extra capabilities.

The chapstick is for the carbon steel blades.

Some extra shots along time

Right now, just my K1. My order of fauxtons should arrive any month now.  I used to carry one of those Craftsman 4-way flat drivers, but it tinkled too much.  I don't like to have a lot on my keys.
My EDC:
Leatherman Skeletool   Led Lenser P3 AFS P
Leatherman Style CS    "Fauxton"
Sharpie Twin Tip           Bic Mini

Simple key ring, with other pocket goods for context. Flashlight on phone is handy and I never have to worry about batteries (unless the phone is flat obvs). also allows for the key ring to be clear of a flashlight, keeping it minimal
little 'biner is for attaching car keys when I need them
Gerber Shard takes care of phillips/pry/bottle opening duties - love that thing
Victorinox Pioneer for everything else.
Pen (mightier than the sword  :))
Otherwise keys for house, gate and motorcycle!

Cheers, newbie from Australia
