2.5", it's actually a fully functional one believe it or not.
It goes up to 10mm and can be used as a hex bit driver in lieu of the 'proper' one.

I was just looking for one of those today! Only found a 4" one... For €16 it was a bit expensive just to have as a curiosity. If I find a smaller/cheaper one I'll get it, even though I'll never really use/need it.

This is my work set up.  I'm liking it a lot and with the Vic belt hanger the tools just barely hit the bottom of my pocket.

Cool, I'd keep the 4" one if I were you anyway - good to have it handy as part of your EDC kit.
Decent 2.5" have been hard to find simply because 95% of those are just novelty pieces more for show and decoration than actual use. I had a cheaper one and it broke on first try.

Changed it a bit for simplicity, and weight reasons. It's also a lot less bulky.

Boring stuff first:

- some keys
- some privacy-invading "rewards cards" from vendors

The good stuff:

- Sharpening steel from a Vic Zermatt belt pouch
- Czech pipe tool (I smoke a pipe)
- Laser pointer (Comes in handy with the household cats, and you'd be surprised how many people have wanted to borrow it at meetings)

Conspicuous in their absence are multitools. I belt-carry those.
EDC: SwissChamp, Swisstool X, Zippo, Mini Maglite, all on my belt. I'm one more sheath away from becoming Batman.

Sure wasn't!

I have no clue what it could be.

The only thing I can think is because the key is wider than the original tool, the torsion bars are crooked. Forcing a crooked alignment on the scissors.

Also* one of the scissor heads does rub on a key. I plan to grind the key down but I hope it doesn't effect the actual key In a lock.

Just a theory, but maybe when you reinsert and tighten down the sex bolts [that's their real name!] you have to be sure to do it while the Micra rests on a flat surface, otherwise it arbitrarily takes on the position you happen to have it while holding it in your hands? Certainly easy enough to test.

What's the black curvy thing? A bottle opener but at the same time a finger tip box opener?

That's exactly what it is. It's the B102 tool by Schnelle Engineering. They make several OPMTs and are easy to find on Amazon.

No pics as of this moment, but I've taken a liking to carrying my Alox minichamp on my work keys.  I used the orange peeler as a clamshell opener today.  My coworker liked it so much that he is heading out to buy his own minichamp next week.

Boo I lost my Shard  :( .  I have a replacement tool but man what a nice tool the shard was.  I had mine since I set up my tool key chain set up.  I have a few places I think it might be so I'll back track and hopefully it'll be there.

Just slimmed down my keyring... there was so much stuff...

Now I just have the three mainkeys I use everyday from work and home... and a Vic Rally.

Everything other than that went straight into the drawer for not needing it so frequently.

No pic, though.

After a fair bit of experimenting, this is what I've arrived at.

Stainless steel bottle opener, originally given out as a freebie at some kind of trade show.
Keys: Bike / Apartment / Parents house (Car key is missing, car needs to be fixed)
Micro aluminium hooks, bought on eBay, cheap and very useful!
SOG SH03 with a diamond coated side, ceramic rod and firesteel
Kingston DTSE9 16gb flash drive
Nitecore Tube, olive green
Gerber Dime, green

I find that this covers a lot of bases and can be useful in an emergency.
This is as bulky as I want my keychain to be, if I add more to it, it'll be too much.

I envy you guys who have minimal keys.  I am forced to carry an alarm remote for my '09 Chevy Suburban, which is way too big than it needs to be.  My car alarm actuates if I unlock the vehicle with a key rather than the remote.  Stupid Chevy.

They also recently came out with the Ti version of that tool on Kickstarter. Quite a neat, light, compact and great looking key chain tool.
