Happy new year everyone.Me and UP³ started the new year on the dance floor, then it went AWOL for an hour, an hour later I found it on a table next to a pile of bottle caps.... I was unconscious for most the day, recovering from the earlier celebration.Found a pilot in carbon freeze, freed him with UP³, tiny wire and zip tie are no match to UP³ pliers.

What about the scissors is the issue? Loose pivot, pushing out the front, uncomfortable to use?
Quote from: zoidberg on January 06, 2016, 12:09:40 PMWhat about the scissors is the issue? Loose pivot, pushing out the front, uncomfortable to use?Just like Wingman's scissors, like to push things out rather than cutting them.
Day 5: Making a lanyard, UP³ scissors just can't cut the 550 cord. I must cut it first with the plier's wire cutter then finish it off with scissors.(Image removed from quote.)

The retention of inside is weak, tools fold under pressure.

Ive been wondering lately if bending the PPPs spring inwards would improve tool retention ling term. Obviously this would make the tools harder to get out as well, but its start.
