Terms:
1. Until March 15 add in the topic pictures of your mods (new, previously unpublished on multitool.org).
2. 15-31 March we will voting for the best mod (Vote may be registered members of the forum at least two months with a number of posts at least 20).

I have what I think is a pretty nice juice mod in mind, but would have to find some one to do it or figure out how to disassemble a juice myself.

I hope to see some expansion of Tallowwaters Awry mod in this contest, something way out there but useful.

Disassemble the juice is easier to assemble than back.
I have disassembled the juice and I can measure the diameter axis of the tool, if you need it.

Mostly what I'm looking to do is have the blades on an XE6 come out on the opposite end similar to an SC2. I think it may work for all blades but the saw, because the awl would get in the way, but maybe it can be moved.  I have some other ideas, one involving 3D printing, but I would need someone to do it because that is way beyond me.  I can use your tools to take most leathermans apart, but for a juice you would need a drill press, and I don't have the skills to trust myself yet

Oh, its a sheath! Your use of the word "cover" was confusing. Maybe you were looking for the word "case" instead?

Sheath of kydex get much bigger (see photo).
The thickness will choose based on the results of testing.
I would like to hear suggestions of what material to make the finished article (most likely method of production will be milling).

Well I didn't expect that.

What about folding the wings of that Kydex sheath inwards instead of out? How Leatherman does their original Leather Sheaths, but with the ends of the sheath removed, and the belt loop rotated 90 degrees? (I know nothing about making Kydex sheaths, so if this isnt possible, please point it out).

Now that i've said that... What about a Leather sheath? would that cause an issue with retention?
