on: April 11, 2009, 02:42:40 PM
i have a really dumb question but want to ask any ways...  he removable bit driver like the one that is reviewed on the main site (www.mt.org) is the seath that it comes with also for the leatherman as well or just the bit driver?  its time to make my blast a touch more well rounded in my EDC  kit

mt.org is a site promoting the state of Montana.
I didn't see the review you are talking about on multitool.org either.

If you are talking about the bit adapter that goes on the phillips, then yes the sheath that comes with it (well it did with mine anyway) fits the adapter and the tool.

Yup, mine too.

ecfiffer, the sheath that came with my Blast is made from some crappy leather-like substance. The one that comes with the Removable Bit Driver is nicer. It is woven nylon, with elastic side panels that grip the tool snugly. And there is a side compartment for the bit driver, as well as a back compartment for the spare bit carrier.
In order to be certain of having the right tool for every job.........one must first acquire a lot of tools

cool thanks guys, that is what i was looking for!!! :tu: :tu: :tu:

the sheath i have for mine is really getto nylon.  the MOLLE sheath would be cool too, but im not going to spend money on a bit adapter and then spend more money on another sheath....
