That is rather nice.  :)

It IS nice.  However (please don't take this the wrong way) I don't get it:

An American made lighter with outer box legend in English, instructions (certificate of authenticity?!) and partial inscription in Japanese logographic Kanji (borrowed from the Chinese meta set), partial inscription in English, "Zipang" which sounds a bit Chinglish, a "Tsuba" on a flint_and_naptha lighter, and a box lid drawing depiction of the Mayflower (sailed during the early Edo period), with a legend written in French . . .

Limited Version, indeed.  Somebody's heritage (as well as my brain cells) are locked in tsubazeriai . . . :ahhh

Perhaps it's just a creative anachronism coveted by all young Japanese retro-biker youth.  A tad Asian Steampunk, if there even is such a genre.

I admit it's quite pretty.  But I can't afford it, and I don't smoke anymore -- and the possible one_in_a_million chance I might have these days of impressively lighting Madam's ciggy is pragmatically offset by my hands and pockets all reeking of Napalm and the difficulty of obtaining unfiltered Lucky Strikes or Pal Mal to roll up in my left shirt sleeve.  Yes, I'm that old.  LSMFT!   ::)

Nevertheless, I'm off to find glue that will hold a Netsuke to my iPod.

Sorry for the interruption.  Best wishes for a good trade-

-steve
