MEdic,Thanks for the reply....I appreciate the work you have done.Only problem is some of these are not easily available in England on a decent tariff.Stuff to ponder on, thanks.
Medic,How reliable has the HTC Touch Pro been? My carrier offers it, and I might consider the upgrade.
Thanks for the reply gang.I have some thinking to do.
What do you reckon to them?/quote]I've only played with an iPhone once and then an iPod Touch later, so I'm no expert. However, aside from the initial "oooh shiny!" when the iPhone was released, I've never been a fan of how locked down it is: you can only add music through iTunes, you can't get to it like a drive to pull off files, you can't expand the memory with an SD card, and you can't even replace the battery. It's a cute toy, but I wouldn't want one.

My carrier offers it, and I might consider the upgrade.I have no idea how the Touch Pro is when using it over time, just handled it in the store a couple of times. I have read a lot of reviews for this phone and the only negative thing they say is that the touch-responsive interface, TouchFLO will lag a bit when lots of stuff is going on in the background. Exept from that they say it’s one hell of a phone. In most of the test I have seen (what can beat IPhone test’s) the Touch Pro is either the winner or is a close second place behind the Sony Ericsson Experia X12 of my friends have the touch cruise (had it for 2 years now) and they haven’t had any problems with them and is super happy. For me it looks like HTC makes reliable phones.
