I wonder if anyone ever tried using the corkscrew on one of those? ::)

Dudes, I tried one of those, and it´s real crap. A toy for collectors, but it is not even close to a real tool - handle and shape of the tool make actual use almost impossible. I´d prefer a cheapo chinese Gerber-clone over it at any time.

That'll help the trade  ::)

It's an interesting piece IMO.  I'd like to try it but most of my SAK's have come from Neil to start with.  :D

Neil, I'm interested if the deal with Flash doesn't work out.  :cheers:

Woz, really bad post! You need to think before you post that type of thing in a sales/trade thread.  ::)

Neil, what particular model of SAK do you want for that Byrd Harp?  Explorer? Huntsman, perhaps?

OK, if Flash is bowing out then GG is next in line.  I'll PM you for a chat  :tu:

Woz is right and wrong.  The fit and finish certainly isn't crap. The tools click in and out of position well and it certainly feels that it wasn't built to the lowest price point.  That said, the design is ... unusual  :P  ::)  Trying to use some of the tools such as the saw would be quite a challenge, others such as the phillips drivers no more awkward than the back phillips on a SAK.    At the end of the day I'd concur that it makes an interesting tool for a collector but I wouldn't want to find myself in a position where it was my only tool :D

I didn't know that.  I don't suppose you've got a link or some pictures of the original design?
