It makes a much more comfortable handle when using the knife and they're a lot more wear resistant!

Only the Charge's come with the bit kit.

If you consider carrying the flashlight in your Wave/Charge sheath, I'd go with something slimmer... An E01 or Arc perhaps... I've found that a LD01/L0D and a pen in the side slots leave too little room for the tool...

Good choice on the L0D mate. Once you start carrying it you'll wonder why you own any other torches. OK, maybe not, but you'll certainly find less reasons to carry anything else.
I think L0D's are superb. That and an L2D and I think you have all the lights you could ever need.
