A rare Seaboard Steel Pocket Tool Kit
on: June 06, 2009, 12:34:01 AM
Hello! This is my first post,I have the same username on bladeforums with a good amount of zero-negative feedback and also lots of zero-negative on ebay under a different username.

http://www.multi-tool.org/vintagepliers
please scroll down to see it,it`s a very rare and collectible early multitool.

Mine is in very good+ to excellent condition, all the blades are tight and oiled with some darkening/very light pitting  on one side of the handle and the bottle opener/file blade. This can easily be buffed and nickel-plated back to near-mint.I would like 125$ paypal shipped USPS priority/insured/tracking.Thanks.

What exactly is lacking in my first post in terms of introducing myself?
PS.If you don`t like my price, feel free to shoot me an offer.I also would trade for knives, bags, lights,a SOG powerlock+$$ etc.Used items are ok.

I don't speak for the moderator but I think he is just pointing out that we do have a new member forum specifically for new users to meet and greet the fold.
There is nothing lacking in your post pers e, but feel free to introduce yourself in the new member forum.

:)

If people knew a bit more about you, then they'd be more inclined to trade, so it would be in your own best interest's that's all.

... meaning that we regard each new member as someone who came to stay and who deserves a proper welcome (plus the gratuitous :pok: for collection pics, LM vs Vic :duel:, etc. :D) We are an overly friendly lot as you will see. If you just wanted to post a sales ad and then go away, that's also fine. On the other hand, in the words of Lord Mike himself:
If people knew a bit more about you, then they'd be more inclined to trade, so it would be in your own best interest's that's all.
