Unfortunately I have no experience with either light.  I have, however heard good things about both.  I intend to own a EZAA soon, but not for a few weeks at least.

Have you tried Candlepower forums?  Great place for advice on torches :tu:

EZAA flashlight

I have had it for a month and carry it in a LM Wave sheath along with a Fisher Space Bullet pen

GREAT light, sturdy construction and easy to use.

Highly recommend this light
Why do I carry a 45 ?
Because they don't make a 46 !

No personal experience but here is a very handy review site.

http://www.light-reviews.com/nitecore_ez_aa/

I'm looking at single AA torches myself ATM.  The only thing the put me off the EZ was the twist switch.  Right now I'm wanting the Eagletac P10A, though it's a much bigger torch and the Low (37 lumens) maybe isn't low enough for you.
Be excellent to each other and always know where your towel is.

Lol, I know how you feel; they go into lots of detail but you can get a good idea even if you don't read the technical stuff (I often don't go into the technical side unless I'm in the mood).  They do really excellent reviews mind.

Thanks for that I have had a good look at both while the Quark is a bit more versatile I think the EZAA is more what I am looking for  :salute:
