What is the Doctor Who Trail, I love Doctor who but I must say anything before the 9th doctor is before my time.

I have herd a lot about London from here and on Top Gear and I must say is sounds really bad

Not my  kind of place either - I'm not very fond of cities in general.  I'd hate to live there, but there are some interesting places in London so I can see why people visit. Glad you enjoyed it, sardauker :tu:

google "Doctor Who London Tour" and you'll find a trail that visists many of the first doctors' series location; nearly everything, as you say, "before yOUR time". I included the Eye, Canary Warf and few more, 'cause myself and my gf knew better the last two doctors.

I missed this thread when it first appeared or i would have given you a list of must visit pubs and curryhouses - the best thing about london  :P

Brick lane is great, best curry in the country and there are so many curryhouses desperate to get your custom that you can get ridiculous deals if you barter with them and make them 'bid' for you ;)  best deal i got was when i went there with a mate and managed to get 5 pints of beer, a naan, rice, main dish and two starters each for £8 between us :D It was 'all we had'  >:D
