New member. Love this forum! Ok, used my Vic Workchamp and my pocket wrench ll to: tighten a few bolts, screw driver to pop the lid off of a can of spray paint, scissors to trim paper, awl to punch a hole in the top of a can of barley pop and scribe a line on some wood, saw to trim a limb, and knife to open a bag of lime.  Love my Vic WC!!!

Gerber Balance today  :D

Harvested some food from the garden, pulled up the ground spike for the rotary airer for re-siting elsewhere, cut garden wire for training kiwi fruit vines, and it helped me modify my potting bench slightly too  :)

Fairly new here, but I'll chime in. I used my new Gerber Pro Scout (just received as an early birthday gift Thursday night) for opening up a wire loop used in the making of turkey wing and hawks tail whisk brooms. I usually make at least a few of these a day at work, so this is a pretty routine use for me. I was using a Leatherman Kick for this, but the pro scout is much easier to open one handed.

Used my LM Charge TTi to pull the disk drive from my old PC before taking it to the electronics recycling depot.  Then dismantled the disk drive and scrunched up the platters (recording surfaces) so that no-one could ever extract any info from them. I found the extra geared leverage of my SOG Powerlock was needed to fully fold over the surprisingly tough platters.

I needed several very small torx bits to pull things apart, so the LM bit extender was also used.

My leatherman Squirt PS4 and Vic Small Tinker did a tag-team number on a broken dome light fixture in our vehicle.

My little daughter came to me with a tiny toy part stuck inside a pen cap. After hitting the cap on my desk for a few times - with no success - I used the Explorer's corkscrew to grab and pull it out. :climber: Not a life or death situation but, for a dad, his kid's "you are my hero" hug is better than anything :)

I also used my self-locking pliers (unfortunately, closer than my upstairs Surge) to rise my older daughter's bike handlebars a bit, put the chain in place and pull the wheel back to tighten the chain.

And as it's summer and at summers I love cold beer, I used my on-me-today Ranger to cut the plastic wrapper of a 24 pack so I can put the cans in the fridge

I helped my girlfriend with a straw that just floated up all the time when we were at the cinema. A hole in the cap was made by the ordinary blade. Fortunately, I always have my Charge TTi with me :)

The Juice Pro saved the day today at the cigar shop. The member's area was being used for a concealed handgun class and the instructor needed something to unscrew the VGA cable from the back of the TV. I just happened to be there hanging out and I pulled out the Pro!¡!

I use the Juice Pro daily. And the Surge and Swisschamp XLT rarely now. They are better but bigger and heavier.

We had a bit of bad weather today which topped all my tomato plants in pots  :ahhh :ahhh :ahhh

I used my Gold TiNi Swiss+tech Micro-Plus 8 in 1 pliers to cut some garden wire so I could brace all four plant supports together with a garden cane and use four more canes as outriggers to stop it getting blown over again.

Really impressed with that little tool lately. Not quite as good as an IDL T7 .... but then I've never seen an IDL T7 in Gold TiNi  :D

The closet doorknob came right out in my hand this morning. And about 2.5 seconds later was securely replaced with my Wingman.  :salute:

Today at work the nozzle cover sensors on one of the tint machines decided to die.  After a 30 minute call with tech support, I managed to get the machine to run without the nozzle cover in place, but had to remover the part to keep using the machine.  The SI did some prying, unscrewing and poking, I did a fair bit of swearing,  ;)  and got the SOB working ok until a tech can get out to us, sometime early next week.....  >:(

I used my juice s2 to remove an ancient electric heater from the kitchen of a house I'm doing some remodeling work on. It was a little add on job the guy wanted done. I removed a few long screws, four little nails and cut the wires powering it, then dogged them off.

I used my LM Crunch and Rebar and the PocketWrenchII, today, while taking apart to bikes that were falling apart, so I can bring them to the big garbage depot thingy. Among others, I used the Rebar to cut wires, the Crunch's 1/4" bit driver for driving allen-screws, and the PWII to undo some bolts.

Also, earlier today, I used the knife on my Rebar to cut open some of the plastic strings around the packs of newspaper I got.

And just now, I used a the blade of my Vic Waiter that was on my desk to cut some cheese :)

Pocketwrench II to unbolt a couple exhaust clamps swapping out old rusted ghetto rigged muffler, for new slightly less ghetto rigged Dynomax muffler. Did well enough, Blue sounds substantially better.

Tool: Victorinox Spirit
Task: Taking off/re-install AC filter screen on ceiling ducts
Performance: Excellent.  Classic multitool application--climb on top of ladder to access the AC ducts, only to find out there are phillips that needed to be unscrewed, wimp out the Vic spirit and the rest is history. :D

Used my Rebar and Fisherman while fishing today. To much to list, but quite a lot of scissor and cutting tasks. The pliers got a good workout also.

Used my Surge to take apart, clean and put back together 2 Hoover sweepers, put a new end on a electric cord and scrap out the bowl on my Dr. Grabow freehand. And the day is young yet.

We've been in the midst of a major home remodel (since last Nov actually).  Some of it with professional builders, some ourselves.  We're doing the majority of the kitchen.  My wife built all the cabinetry.  I'm doing most of the electric.

Yesterday, we put in the island hood.  Charge ALX, Atwood Crypto and Leatherman Crunch have been invaluable in this.
