I have heard about SOSAK. I have been using the SAKWiki for much of my IDing, without knowing about the tie in. I am thinking that I may learn quite a bit more if I join up, especially in lieu of my lack of SAK books etc... Just not sure exactly how?

Ok. I have been there before...just never saw the small Create Account button. I just signed up.

Now, are there forums? When I click on the upper right button, I get a message saying that I don't have permission to see them?

Join knifeforums... then there's instructions on who to message to get added to the SOSAK subforum... I think... good luck.

Not sure its all that new. I joined up because of my love of MTs. However, it took less than a week and I was doing inquiries into SAKs. I now have about 40 SAKS with another 20 from Tim on their way, and probably another 15 from other sources. I probably can think of myself now as a SAK collector. Why fight it. I am weak lol.

I am hoping to read and glean much information if I am let in. This web site has been invaluable, but I want to see what the other side is like. I am probably more curious than anything else.

Don't worry mate, myself and Neil (amongst others) manage to split out time between here and SOSAK. BTW if you didn't know, Grant (going by the name Defender) is the moderator of the SOSAK forum.
