Yup, it's a Huntsman. I just got a good look at it when he's cutting the birchbark into a large "shingle". Definitely four layers. You can see it's not a new one either, you get to see that the corkscrew has the fluting on it when he's first showing you what kit he has with him.

Actually I can see the point when was simulating a broken down vehicle; snowmobile, plane, bike etc. I more readily believe that's the sort of tool you might have with you. I'm not so sure about the other situations though.
