well there is very few competitors for the two swiss multi-tool knife producers...seems in the last 40 years the producers of this type of pocket knife have declined greatly.
realy in europe i can say only aitor and mikov produce these in serial in any range... in france some more traditional ones are made by various producers, but they would have to be classed more as "hand made" knives..
so the only contenders being mikov and aitor.. i think gerlach of poland and richardz , dont think gerlach even offers more than one or 2 models now and richardz dosnt seem to have any rely range either..
so i am moundering on what people think of the mikov.. and aitor folders. i have never came across the larger aitor folders.. i have handled the smaller ones and wasnt realy impressed with the ,, being that they cost the same as the swiss knives and their quality is less.. but the larger knives look interesting and the tools on the look well thought out....
mikov i have owever handled, and ill say that victorinox is somewhat superior.. however they have some upsides.. one thing is that ,, well the knives i saw all have steel liners, not alloy..
also they do make a very neat golf multitool... n but its of little use to me as i dont play golf

,
however their larger folding knives being to a degree a copy of the trekker from victorinoc are actualy good knives and seem to be worth the money, aspecialy as instead of the troublesome button as on the swiss knives they have a liner lock , depressed by the thumb, also they can be custom ordered in different handle materials..
... anyway... i was woundering others encounters with these knives.. and any other multitool knife contenerd that the swiss firms have..
