How do you mobile MTO?

I've noticed that quite a few members browse MTO mostly on mobile devices. Some even exclusively.

I know some do it out of necessity or lack of access to a proper computer, be it desktop or laptop, but some choose to do so.

I'd like to know why.

I do check in from my cell phone lots of times during the day but usually leave the viewing and posting to when I have chance to use my desktop computer. I can post much easier, view the pictures in a much larger format and lots of different other advantages. I feel very limited on mobile devices.

Also what do you use for your mobile browsing? What cell phones/tablets, which UIs, Tapatalk or browser, and if browser, which one and why?

Most of my mobile browsing is done per tapatalk, I only log in thrugh mobile Firefox if I need to perform a task tapatalk isn't able to or view stats.

What are your mobile browsing habits?

I occasionally log in from my phone usually via Tapatalk. It's not great, but neither is using it with Firefox and overall I think Tapatalk is marginally better.

Most of the time it's a weekend and I haven't got round to getting up yet. Sometimes I'm out and waiting for something to happen. Most of the time I'm out and waiting for things to happen I'm either with people, out of phone reception or at work with a different phone so MTO access is rare.

Oh, the phone of choice has a 4" screen and a keyboard, so plenty of space for reading and writing.

iPhone 4s (iOS5) with Tapatalk. It's convenient. I work with a laptop many hours a day and when I'm out of work I don't want to use a laptop again.

I have a laptop at home but I have no wifi available. I live out in the sticks and my only way to communicate is via mobile web. For browsing here I primarily use tapatalk (which likes to crash from time to time) and if I need to do some things with moderator functions I use my browser. I'm using an iphone 4 on ios 7.1. I used to use a Droid Razr but my battery is shot in it.

As it happens I am posting this via my tablet using Chrome. I did try tapatalk but just didn't get along with the format. I do much MUCH prefer logging on from my laptop though.

Mostly laptop but some tablet for just reading and short posts. I hate tapatalk though and just use the browser on my galaxy tablet.

I much prefer to use my laptop. On my phone I generally use Tapatalk, usually for just browsing occasionally while I'm at work. I'll post occasionally through Tapatalk as well, but again, I'm working! I don't have time for frivolous things like a forum while I'm diligently assisting customers on picking gaudy colors that goes with the horrifying tile or fabric they've picked out for a house that I'm so glad I'll never have to enter....

At home, I mostly use my iPad with Tapatalk. At work, it's a mix between my phone, which is usually my iPhone 5 with Tapatalk, or the phone I'm currently using, which is a Samsung Ativ Windows 8.1 phone. I'm also using Tapatalk on that, but it's nowheres as good as the IOS version. I also use my work PC, and use Chrome for a browser on that.

I really like using Tapatalk as it's quick and easy, and just plain works for me. I can easily paste my photobucket links using it, and do pretty much everything else I need/want to do.

Chrome is my primary browser at home, work and iPad/iPhone. I use it because I can access any tabs I have open on any of them at anytime.

98% laptop.

2%, split between a Kindle, and (now) my iphone, using tapatalk.

I use the phone when away from home, doing errands (like stuck waiting for an oil change).

Would that I usually used my netbook! Unfortunately, I have fallen through a wormhole into a universe in which I am the only person in my entire town that no internet provider believes they can help.

Mostly I use my Samsung Galaxy Rugby LTE and Firefox Beta. Sometimes I use the phone as a hotspot and work at a real computer.

Well away from home I used a iPhone 5 till someone stole my bag,with my farmer in :-(

At home I use iPad or laptop now I have a samsung s3 (old phone) i use that away from home
