Another score from pawn shop!
on: August 28, 2009, 10:29:44 PM
So a while back I posted I scored a skeletool for 20 bucks at my local pawnshop/bait shop/beer an hotdogs joint.

Ever since I *always* stop in to check on any new merchandise every single time I pass by.

And today's score is.....*drumroll* A Leatherman Wave with case for 20 bucks! (the newer ones, with the tiny eyeglass double bit thing) Barely used I would say, only a few scratches on the serrated blade and it looks like the file was used a tiny bit. Everything else looks brand new!

A skeletool and wave for $40 total?!!?  That's an incredibly lucky and awesome find.  Congrats, Precise!

We have a few, but they rarely take in SAKs and MTs.
A little Leatherman information.

If they sold those tools for $20, imagine how little they paid for them

Holy crap!!  I need to start going to our local pawn shops.  We have one on almost every corner here in Kissimmee, and I never go.

The pawn shop by my house usually has old broken SAK's that are more expensive than new ones. Good find.  :tu: :tu:
