To nitpick:

That's not an F-18, nor is it an AV-8B nor is it one of the British Harriers since it has a refueling probe on it's right side (left in the video). It does almost look like a Blackburn Buccaneer but the rear horizontal stabilizers are in the wrong place.

Could be an older British Harrier model but I'm betting it's some sort of Jaguar variant. Although someone on youtube said an F1 Mirage, which it looks closest since they do have refueling probes in the right spot.

I don't buy it.

Look at the clip at 0.38. All jets give off some sort of downdraft in flight. I didn't see anything that hit this guy at all. His clothing doesnt even move in the clip. The camera jutters like it got hit but the guy, nothing. It looks fake to me.

I'm looking at his feet, it doesn't look quite right the way he walks across the white line. Fake. Cool, but fake.

Yea, that guy would go shooting across the ground if it was that close...there's just so much air movement around something that fast. People get sucked into those high speed trains and they aren't that close.
