Yes another Cadet thread

I was at Target this morning checking out their new tool selection (freestyle) and finally ran across a hunter green Cadet. I'm tryin to pick up all the colours not in any hurry.
Next on my get list is the black or copper coloured one. Word has it copper is a rare bird.

My red one is a user..might let this one remain in its package..for the now.

I have been EDCing a Cadet for the last few months and love it.

If Vic really put their minds to it, I think the Cadet line could sell like hotcakes. First, they could offer many more "bright modern colours". If I understood correctly, they are actually reducing the number of available colours.

Secondly, they could expand the line to include a few more implements, particularly ones appealing to the everyday mass market. Things like scissors, an LED light (though I hate them on a SAK), a pen, etc. Of course, this would require designing new tools and setting up new machines, etc. but I think it would pay off for them.

Cadets are easy to carry, sheeple-friendly, cute looking, extremely useful, and cheap to buy. How can they go wrong?

Tim has fantastic prices for Cadets, especially if you are in the US. $19 for autumn orange and red, $25 for olive drab green (I think there are 2 greens and this one is rarer) with free shipping. That's pretty hard to beat.

He had a lot more colours just a little while ago, so they might be selling out. Ask him if he has any other colours available too as he has much more available than what is listed.

I have a gunmetal gray cadet on the way. So I know have hunter green, red, silver, autumn orange, and soon the gunmetal.
