2oth Anniversary Wave just came in!

I was a bit dismayed at how it was packaged. The envelope was super easy to get into. No bubble wrap or protection whatsoever other then it was in its sheath in an opened plain brown manila envelope inside another plain brown manila envelope…I kid you not. I am amazed that it made it here.  I got lucky on this one I am thinking, as I am still waiting for my 100year anniversary Spartan to come in…if it ever will….

Agreed. I wish they would use black DLC and do away with the messy scratchy black oxide altogether. :P

Yeah I agree. The Skeletool and Freestyle CX have it, and my BO mini feels more like a DLC than BO.

I agree Bob - let's write to them (again) :D

DLC= Diamond Like Coating.  I don't know how it's applied though.  :think:

The coating is really nice. Why isn't on other multitools?

BTW was there a 15th Anniversary LM (I have not seen one  :think: :think:)

No 15th Anniversary tool was made, but there was of course the 20th Anniversary signature model, of which only 500 were made. :)
