If we go to the cheap pub in town I'll probably just have the John Smiths bitter. Its not fancy but it always tastes OK. If we have a wander around I may have some Tiger (another bitter).
At home I stick to coffee, water (out the tap!) or Pepsi Max.

Ryan has good taste in beverages

Turns out the cheap pub had Tiger in as a guest ale

So a few pints of that followed by a half litre of Franks Ginger Beer topped the night off

No hangover I'm glad to report but certainly feel a bit .. out there ..

Drank quite a lot of it at Uni and have a few nights that where my memory was quite sketchy in the morning, but the Absinth thats avaibale now hasn't got the nasties in it that casued it to be banded .

I seem to remember that Perno is actually absinth with Aniseed intsead of the nasties so you can try that right?

Wild Turkey and root beer is good too. I calls it the Kickin Chicken. Although my hard liquor days are pretty much all behind me now. When hangovers started lasting 2-3 days I realized that getting shnockered is a young man's game.

. I seem to be buying alcoholic Cider more than beer , lately Australian made Mercury Cider. I have tried some English Cider & they have been good , but not cheap
