This is just a guess, but the way these online stores work is they don't have the stock in their own warehouse. They are basically the middle man. You order from them and they have warehouses in different places where it is sent from. I've ordered many knives from online stores that have very impressive web sites. I doubt most even have an office and instead work out of their homes. They pass the order on to whatever warehouse they have stock in and it gets shipped from there. I've ordered knives from the same store only to have one shipped from California and another shipped from North Carolina. Once again this is a guess, but possibly they decided to send out CT 34's so as not to lose their rating on Amazon and had to find stock in other warehouses. That is just a guess but it wouldn't surprise me. Mine is coming from Georgia.

Here's some news; I called Taly (that's how she spells her name) and she asked..."are you from the forum?"

Short story even shorter, I was offered three Craftsmans, or three Swisschamps, but I brought up the Cybertool Lite (that I belive I read that Whichdawg settled on). She looked it up and since it (normally) goes for more money than the CT34, she offered me two CT Lites and I accepted.

I also asked where they would be shipping from and I was told PA (I'm in RI), so yea, they've got warehouses across the country. It must depend on where you are and which warehouse has your items in stock.

I'm still anxious as to what I'll actually get after reading some posts here...as long as they are some kind og CT variant I'll be happy.

If anyone is kind of lost on what who when and where with these orders, I'd suggest calling Price Pros and having your order number handy. They can pull your order up instantly.

LOL! mine is also scheduled for tomorrow (Friday) Fedex. Taly (the sweetest supervisor ever!) said they were trying to get more CT34,
but agreed to send me the CTlite (wonderful) she put the order/paperwork in, now I hear your getting CT34's! (which is cool)

whichever one I get, my hats off to them and you can give Amazon reviews too (which I will be, thank you Taly)

Just checked my FedEx Tracking and it's still scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Reading how those who are getting the CT 34 or a CT Lite, I starting thinking that if I end up getting a Craftsman I'm going to feel like Charlie Brown on the famous Halloween Special. The part when they are actually Trick or Treating and after they leave a house the lines are: "I got a popcorn ball, I got a package of chewing gum, I got a candy bar...........I got a rock". LOL

From what I understood they were going to try and send out the CT's as much as possible, and it looks like everyone here is getting at least a variant of it. Seems like the people who had larger orders were getting a mix match or better tools in the agreement that they get a lower amount. I wouldn't worry now that the forum will be saturated with them trading for one will be a lot easier.

Got mine today via FedEx!

Even after we settled on a Craftsman they still sent me a CyberTool 34. They may have stumbled at first but they got back in the race. I will look for them in the future when buying SAK's.

I don't know how the law stands in the USA but over here when genuine errors in pricing are made like that the seller is not obliged to fulfil the order. If I had made that order and they turned round and said "we're very sorry it was a pricing error and we can't ship it to you at that price" I would have fully understood.

Neil it is the same here and I expected them to cancel the order. I walked outside a half-hour ago as the FED EX guy was walking up the drive with my Cybertool 34, WOW!!! I will be giving this dealer a five star rating, they made a mistake and lost a good chunk of change making it right. I would urge others to follow suit, we all got a once-in-a-lifetime deal.
