OK given how it is such a wonderful day in my corner of Oz (rain/hail :( :( :() , I thought I would have some fine English Cuisine.............. Grilled cheese on toast  :P :D :D.

cheers chrissy ill give them ago , i was diagnosed 4 months ago and i lost nearly 2 stone in a month as couldnt hold any food down, i did need to lose some weight though  :D i was put onto some tablets that i forget there name but they was no help, ive cut all dairy out of mt diet and have yummy lactose free milk  :-\ yuk, plus i have lots of the other special food, im getting there,  :tu: :cheers:

Oooh, I just discovered this after I finished a poor dinner. Filled peppers out of the microwave (left over from yesterday), eaten right out of the microwave box with a spork  :twak: I should have taken a picture  :think:

Lunch on tour last saturday. Maccaroni with tomato sauce... Not ready yet  ;)



Almost ready... This sauce is quite practical, you can put the bag in the water where the pasta is cooking to heat it up. You need just one pot and you save fuel.


No pictures later, we ate right out of the pot as we had no table with us. No hand free for taking pics... :twak:
