Sybren rulers?

I discovered this brand on garrett wade. I've never heard of it before it looks nice and is made in Holland. I like folding rulers and have one but its akward to use.

Should I get it or does anyone know of something better?

I'm looked at those in the store, my tape measure always seems a more compact, level means of measuring.

Slightly different uses, a measuring tape is great for measuring things (obviously  ) but the folding ruler is better for marking out.

I did not know that.  I just figured a locking measuring tape would function about the same as a ruler.  Thanks for the infodump.
