LM built in bit drivers ?

Ive seen these on the models i want, but doe the bit turn around or is there a separate bit, i know you can buy other bits , sorry if a stupid question , but cant work it out from reviews etc, also are the magnetized so they dont fall out, i will go in and look at one soon in the flesh to get a better idea, thanks as always,

You mean like on a new wave and charge series? If so, they are hold in place by some sort spring system and the bits are two sided. A picture can be found easily on here I'm sure.
