Maybe, but organ transplant seems too cannibalistic to me. Besides the process after death is strange. "Hi we know your loved one just died a few minutes ago and you are struggling with it, but we want to hack him/her apart for parts, is that okay with you?"

BTW I misread Grant's post, I chose "let family member decide" on the form, not "donor". But that doesn't matter anyway, the decision always is family member's.
