It's better than the last one!
don't worry, things typically go from bad to worse, then the cycle repeats
I have a stinking cold, a head ache, a sore throat and I am knackered, unappreciated and overworked. Send lots of sympathy my way.
My headache has gone , but my cold is worse and I am even more exhausted as I had to spend the night sleeping on the sofa tryingto get an ill Ozzie to go to sleep. Got to leave for work in a couple of hours for a late shift as well.

A large drink of your choice, a soak in a bath and as much sleep as you can manage (even cat naps help IMO) will help some. Cheers bud.On top of the feeling like crap, the lack of sleep, the nightmare at work, the baby and the 2 kids, the lack of money, I also have a bloody management course that needs to be completed in 3 weeks. It's all go this end I can tell ya.

They really help when you're run down and ill and working but they don't contain caffeine or any nasties that make you worse. Just remember take one EVERY day. You can get fizzy ones that you put in a glass of water that taste like the mix from Mr Frosty or the tablets. I prefer the tablets. You may baulk at the price but they are worth every penny and the £7 is less than you'd lose if you get proper ill and have to take time off. These clever little guys get me through 70 hour weeks without keeling over. Also, if you want some help with your management homework, give me a shout. Happy to help Get well soon.
ILM... Industrial Light and Magic?
The course I am currently doing is labelled as being an ILM course.
Close, it's "I like Mike's" actually
What makes me laugh is that on the course I am the most experinced manager by over 3 years and I find it shocking just how bad some of the others are.
Just an update...My cold has progressively gotten worse, but I have cleared the sore throat, cough and headaches. My kids now all have the same thing, Ella being even worse and having a stomach bug as well. I have spent the last 4 nights on the sofa either with a crying baby, a bunged up boy or a puking girl whilst still going to work. I flaked out last night at about 11.30 (that's early for me) and still feel like cack today.Fun ey.

Sounds like a real possiblility (if there is a real fever involved (40C sort of range).
