i had the norovirus a few weeks ago....how to loose a stone overnight
At my work (a primary school) a lot of the staff have got a bug that leaves you feeling fine, but dizzy almost all the time I've had it since Saturday, and it's just as bad as it's ever been, with no sign of it departing Anyone else got/had it, and if so, how long does it last, as I'm bored of it now
Been a bit lergified here for a few days too - quite bored of it now I have had a nasty headache sinus thing and lots of lethargy... general malaise but nothing specific.Let's hope the sunshine helps to fight all this cr*p off for everyone

Having a daughter in nursery means you end up getting every little sniffle going, or so it seems anyway. Children are infectious little rats sometimes.

Try that, AND work with kids that dribble all over ya. I get a new illness each week.
Just think how many germs I'll be immune to in a few years time.
Actually, is giving kids those soap- less hand sanitizers useful? I've heard that they are rather effective for illness prevention, and am contemplating giving a bottle to my little kid cousin.

I agree with you, that the more insulated we become, the worse these things hit us. I ate dirt and played in the mud, and I am never really sick ever. I also lead a very stress-free life (as a student, figure that ) which is another major cause of these bugs. And lets not forget the genetically engineered foods we eat, with more chemicals than nutrients Nothing really is on our side these days. (I also lead a very stress-free life ) I think shane this is my problem as i live the opposite, plus work nights and jungle the kids, so generally feel run down a lot, paul
