Anyone have one? who makes it looks like wenger to me but I really have no idea it just looks cool tho a little pricey

I've seen them sold under the Wagner brand (no that's not a typo). You often see cheaper knock-offs. Had a play with and broke one of those

I'm not taking any more mod orders at present, sorry.

I have one of those. Mine's a Vic. Neat little tool. I carried it for a while before my Daughter stole it. I'll have to find it and try writing under water with it. Wouldn't that screw up the light though?

I've never seen another one. I won this at a charity silent auction a couple of years ago.
