Didn't Grant get to play with this at last years SHOT show? Or am I making that up? Looks good though. Here we go, sounds like the same light to me.http://forum.multitool.org/index.php/topic,8686.0.html

We were barely allowed to hold it if memory serves. It was a neat idea, but I wonder how useful it would be? Maybe it's just my type of use that I can see it being awkward, but with all the climbing in, around and under things I do I think it might just prove to be somewhat frustrating to have it constantly changing brightness ever time I twist or turn it to get a better view under something.I'll probably get one to play with, but I'm honestly not expecting much from it.Def
The UI is interesting, I kinda like that, but I think there are better options out there. For the general public this is gonna be a big seller probably.I have a quark mini 123 on the way, costs about the same, puts out about 2.5X more lumens and is microsopic in size compared to this.So I agree its a good improvement over previous models, just not up to par with the current technologies.
Interesting , bout time . I think I'll prolly end up with one . One minor gaff on their part , doesn't appear to have any lanyard attachment . Small lites are too easy to fumble .Chris
It looks good and I'm running out of torches at the moment (thanks to my boys ). I'd pay $35USD but can't imagine paying the UK shelf prices.

My wife found my upgraded mini-maglite under the wee one's pillow the other night. It's not like she doesn't have her own torches either.
