New bags :D :D
on: April 05, 2010, 06:13:33 PM
Some time ago, I posted for help to get the LAPG bail out bag; Ari kindly rendered it to me.  :salute: Here are some fast pics.. will post more detailed stuff later when I can borrow the gf's camera. :D

The bag, and it's going to become my new EDC.

The zipper pulls that Ari kindly made for me, he even included the leftover paracord which is not in the pic.  :salute:

And this is the one that Paul and John already have, the one from Hong Kong. It already accompanied me for the first week of work. :D BAGMEN UNITE!

Looks like the bag is holding up to use well Paul! :D I'm going to delegate that bag to BOB duties and the occasional carry after my stint with my present employer.

Oh, and I edited the IMG tag so it should work now.. sorry and thanks. :tu:

Thanks mate. :D Well I took it out to the library earlier today, and it managed to hold 3 tomes(!) on cocktails, 2 novels, a sweater, a BO Powerlock, a Swisstool, an OHT, a small wrench, an umbrella, a pack of mints and paper napkins... and it isn't even 3/4 full.   :tu:

they work well for a smaller bag, i use mine mainly for going to work on my bike and short walks, i still use my back pack for longer walks and my hydration bag for MTB'ing, but there very handy bags, ive squeezed about all i need in mine,  :tu:

I agree.. and the compartments actually work very well for me. If I don't have the rat pack already, there's a good chance I'll just take off the strap and use it as an in- bag organiser. Oh, and the molle straps makes it possible to strap it onto my Singapore- styled Commando pack. :D
