I went to Pro Bass yesterday and I looked at the surefires since I know you all like them. But the prices amazed me $100 to $425. $425 plaese tell me it never needs new batteries, Why do they cost so much
because it says surefire on the side of course .People say quality, but cheap and expensive flashlights use the same LEDs and can use the same batteries, all that is left to make good quality is the damn metal tube...

I think they can charge this price because they can get away with it, as theeir target audience does not mind shelling out that kind of $$. I don't own any surefires as of yet, so I can't comment on the quality, but this one seems a little ridiculous, thats half a rent/mortgage check...I can buy a ton of fenix's for that price and be quiite satisfied.
