my small but usefull collection,
on: March 29, 2010, 11:19:31 AM
Ive not got many but most get used regularly, the Esquire gets used at work alot , the farmer gets pocket space ever since i got it  ;) the mini MTB i carry while out on my bike , small collection but all usefull, i hope to give the forester plenty of camping action this year, and i now have a Alox love affair,  :tu:

Nice collection there mate :tu:

Now you're into alox, much like the dark side, forever will it dominate your destiny.

for some reason the farmer feels more solid , plus its thinner and i like that, i feel a soldier coming next  :D but although it has history value i cant but feel the pioneer is more useful as has a lanyard and i prefer that, although both wouldnt get used as much as the farmer,  ;)

Very nice Paul, I still think you need to get a fat SAK; Swiss Champ, Handyman, Ranger or something.  The fact they have lots of cool features might sway you away from the dark path that is Alox. :D

Nice collection you got going, just be careful that your love for Alox doesn't change to an addiction for Alox.

By the look of things I fear my warning may be to late.
Rest is not idleness,
and to lie sometimes on the grass under trees on a summer's day,
listening to the murmur of the water, or watching the clouds float across the sky,
is by no means a waste of time

I can see me collect SAK's gareth , but i think i will have to stick to cheaper models, i know this is kind of swearing but for main handy work i have the LM's  ::)  but for easy EDC i do find the SAK easier to carry and legal, but i agree on the ranger as i love the mike horn edition, but how much  :o

yes too late meanx  :climber:

:twak:Heretic >:(

The man does have a point though, the Champ and Ranger are both really useful saks :)

As for the Soldier, I'd either get a Pioneer too, or the even better Wenger SI :)
Give in, buy several Farmer's!!!!!!

I EDC a Ranger and I really like it.  Its great size for pocket carry.  I found it doubled up really well with a LM MINI as UK-legal EDC.
