sheaths with maglite holder

what do you think of the leatherman sheaths with the maglite  holder on the side are these any good and are they strong

Mag Lite actually made one, I don't know when exactly though.  I won it (along with a Mag and Leatherman) on ebay a few weeks ago

It's beaten, worn, and I'm guessing from the early 90's (when multi tools became somewhat popular, Mag must have released this), but sturdy as hell...the snaps are tight and nothing is frayed.  If you can find one get it.
