Restoration
on: May 02, 2010, 09:24:58 PM
I've been using the search feature but I was wondering if there is a guide on tool restoration around here somewhere? I am kind of wanting a fix up project (I've done it before with old pocket knives, but not all that well) and would like to see how it is done.

Side note, one of my knife blades has some scratches on it (very easy to see) is there something I could do to make them go away, without leaving a large spot of metal that looks different?
Thanks

I have been meaning to do a video of how I approach these things for a while. I did a Supertool on Friday night and never gave it a thought until I'd finished! Doh!
I used to come here a lot.
