Died today, he had recently undergone his seventh chemotherapy treatment.

Saturday night there were rumours flying around which were denied by his wife... and then only a few hours later he actually passed on which his wife confirmed later Sunday. It's sad, an important person in metal even if I wasn't much of a fan of his work. RIP
