Great Leatherman Service

I have two 25th Anniversary Silver Charge in my Collection. A great tool!
But there are no Leather Sheath in the delivery contents.

So i write on may 28 an e-Mail to Tim Leatherman an to the Service-team.
I love the Leather Sheath how comes with the Wave Damascus.
And i see that a black version comes with the Charge Argentum.
Think this black Leather Sheath looks perfect with the Silver Charge and so ask to buy two of this.

Some days later i got an answer mail for Leatherman.
The black Leather Sheath are not available for resale.  
But when i want i can get two of Silver 25th Nylon Sheaths how comes with the 25th Wave.  

On June 10 i say yes. And now i have two Silver 25th Nylon Sheaths in my postbox
The long way from Portland USA to my home in Germany needs only 8 Days.

Thats definitely a greater Service !!!!

Yes Leatherman's service is very good. The few times i have dealt their service dept it has been a good experience.
