Leatherman PST &Sog PowerLock

Hello everyone.  I have a Leatherman PST and a SOG Powerlock for trade.  I am not sure what I am looking for so I am open to offers and ideas.  My birthday is coming up later this month, so I am looking for something new.

The PST is on nice shape, I do not have the sheath for it.
