homemade tool kit

has anyone used a 1/4 drive, 1/4 socket for a tool kit instead of buying one. if so did it work ok?

Really depends on the tool, but it can work. What are you trying to achieve and with what?

just wondering if it would work for a bit adapter on a 650. i was bored today and wanted to know if anyone else has tried it. or modified a 1/4 drive socket to work
