bad experience turned great

I just got my tool back from LM, you guys are right, they didnt send me a tti.  when I opened the package my jaw hit the ground...... There is a brand new bo xti in there!!!!!!  thank you Leatherman!!

when was the xti retired? this one was made in 08. Is that one of the last ones made, I thought the retired them earlier than that?

Indeed  :cheers:  They really do bend over backwards to give the customer their money's worth and then some in some cases.  Now if we could only get them to bring along another PST  :D

I believe they were retired in '07. I wonder if they made one specially for you? You know, "old" BO scales put on an AL / ALX chassis or something. Pretty cool whichever way....
I used to come here a lot.
