The latest iteration of the AA Minimag/LED is really growing on me .

I've packed mine for a few weeks . it's become a valued member of the pack . The penlights get about 60% of the work , the Mini handles the rest quite well . The E1B and Novatac languish in the briefcase , and get offduty/weekend wear ( owing to short overall length ) .

I`ve  been using a V2 (?) Minimag LED some and really like it

Im out of the loop on the new gen Minis.  do these still have the plateau regulation that abruptly cuts off at the end of the runtime?

Don't know ,  haven't depleted the batts that much yet . That in itself is a good omen , as the beast has seen quite a bit of use .

Both the AA module and 2D module has nice moonlight now.

Mine has the 2D module swapped in, with diffuser film it's an awesome light around the house.
