Red and Black. Very Pricey  :o

I have been seeing these sell for pretty low prices on eBay Germany or eBay Switzerland.

These are much more common in Europe selling for around $25 and sometimes even less since the interest is lower there. They do bring a collector premium in areas like North America where they sell for much more.

I wonder if its colour/model dependent?  I sold my blue Climber to a buyer in Switzerland.  It went for good money from a 99c start.
I'm not taking any more mod orders at present, sorry.

I do think the Climber variety is harder to find than the Spartan variety. Not that it really matters since a good MOD guy could always build one from a Spartan.  ;)

Hadn't though of that, good point!  Would you want to risk damaging those scales and that corkscrew though  :ahhh

So far I have been pretty good changing out scales without hardly a ding. I am not experienced in MOD's yet though so I might wait.

:D  You'd just have to swapout corkscrew and scale swap... piece of cake for you.  Maybe use the heat gun during scale removal just to be sure, and to provide the like new fit on the new one.

I'm surprised no one has put a bid on   Maybe it really is down to colour and model.

I was thinking about bidding on it, I have asked the seller if the knife comes with a leather pouch :)

The boxes are standard but with transparent plastic covers instead of the gray cardboard ones. Never seen those boxes :)

I've seen those used with the "scene" knives, like the ones with pictures of mountains one etc.

(Image removed from quote.)
Just as I said before, these things are not worth the high prices being paid since they can and are found fairly often in Europe for normal retail prices. Now here in North America they seem to be very hard to find.

I do believe this means those are only gold colored accents rather than being real gold.

I believe the guy I bought them from has a couple more in stock. Free shipping worldwide (if I remember correctly) :)
