Wenger Identification Needed

Hi, Can anyone provide any information on this particular Wenger? 

It's 85mm 7-layers with the same tools as the Monarch, but with a locking blade. 

The scales are the most interesting, they have what looks like a Chinese style drawing inlay that seems to feature several animals from Chinese Astrology plus an person/fisherman.  The scales are solid and don't contain any toothpick or Tweezers; this seems rare for Wenger.  They sort of look like those in the Dynasty series, but I don't think they are enamled.
