WOW!  That turned out pretty good.  What other multitools do you plan to apply this to?

I only did this to see if my idea would actually work, and it did despite the fact it wasn't the ideal materials or tools used. Have sheaths for the tolls I need so won't be doing much more about this. I just like being right about my ideas :D f I'm really bored one day I might get some thinner leather and redo this one just for the sake of it

Having that second divider/ridge on the cover flap totally eliminates the concern I had about it being able to slip out past the lower divider. I really really like it. A bit concerned that inserting the tool may be a bit fiddly since you have to open the tool the right amount, also once on the belt it might be easy to drop the tool or have it fall out before the flap is closed or right after you open it. Great proof of concept though and it shows a lot of promise. Awesome job   :tu:

The PS4 snaps shut on it's own and is able to hold on, so that eliminates both the problem of ahving to open it the right amount (you just open it "a bit" and let it adjust itself) and having it stay there until you close the flap.

Oh no, I understand that, its the having to open it a bit when you go to put it away. After I use it, I snap it shut, then to put it in the sheath, I have to pull it open a bit to place it properly. It's an extra step. Either way though I LOVE the design, and you did a fantastic job on the design and slapped together proof of concept prototype in a short time.

It's an extra step indeed, then again it's quicker to get it out :D
Won't be using it in any case, just fun to frack around with ideas

Cool idea , make the inner divider outta Kydex . Only propblem I see is that some loose tools would "walk" open .

Huh, that's cute.  Does it have a belt loop or anything?

For a moment I thought the stitching on the end was kanji... :)
Half-ass done wholeheartedly!

No belt loop,s till just messing around for the sake of it. Really don't need a sheath but wanted to try the leather from a school backpack I bought for $8 to use for such things

Looking good though. :) Do those little snaps stay attached good to the leather?

Since this was also just a "for the sake of it"-sheath I didn't put in that many stitches, but if I did  think it would last. The best thing would be to make an indentation in the leather for the buttons to be in and allow the stitches to be tighter.
