I hate myself... Help wanted...

I just hate this day!!! Just done some maintenance on my swisschamp, rinse in water and cleaning it with soft cloth when I realised it's missing a screwdriver!!  Yes it is one on the corckscrew, the small one!! @#@#%%*&&&^@%@!@*!&*^#%$%!...... I am just pissed off  !! I have not unscrew it off the tool, so I don't understand how it went off  ?!?!? Bloody hell!! Have tried to find it around sink, hall, office.... But no luck!!  Dough I din't used the small bugger I miss it allready!! God how I hate when I loose something, now my SC isn't perfect!! (am I talking nonsence here??)

Where can I find spare parts for VIC SC?? Please don't mention Amazon or ebay they usualy don't ship here, and Serbia isn't part of paypal ( )!!

Would like to buy 2x small screwdrivers, 2x toothpick, 2x tweezers, 2x scissor spring, 2x ballpoint pen and a ratchet+extension+bit kit for ST

If so it might have been washed down the sink

it might have got stuck under there (they are designed to capture lost SAK parts  )

1st silly awnser - yup, it was there, that's why I am even more angry, I've took out tweezers, toothpick and ballpoint pen but not screwdriver

  I'm over it now, just been angry at myself for beeing pure stupid not taking off all small parts befor cleaning.... Will pick up spare...

Where can I find spare parts for VIC SC??

For those problems I found a seller with hunsmen stuff here. He has a Victorinox catalogue too and I can order everithing. Sometimes for some curious Vx-things (caps, nail-cutter, special model, sharping tool, pens, pins, toothpicks of different size, scissor spring of different size, sheath for Voyager, key-chains, potato peeler, sharpening steel  etc.) it takes a bit longer time, but he delivers everything.

Try something simmilar.

Or .... look - you are a customer not living somewhere in Antarctida - but in Europe. I think that in your country is for sure some official partner of Victorinox, that could help you.

I wrote Belgrade, Serbia – there are shop in Belgrade (2x), Novi Sad and Petrovaradin.

If they will answer you in that shop that you "can´t order an screwdriver" or something similar – then ask victorinox.com itself for help. Some sellers are lazy to order something if it is not big money worth – but that is their duty I think – to serve to the customer, if they want to sell Victorinox Stuff.
Once I ordered in one shop an Victorinox kitchen knife – One sellsman in office was ready to order everything. When I went there for second time – his college in shop was nearly lazy to talk with me!!! I was upset! I called for the second one and everything was all right! I ordered knife, and bought it in a week. I haven´t seen in there  that lazy sellman anymore.

That is true, that it is not possible to send order of "one toothpick, please", but it is possible to order one toothpick (or mini-SD) with other knives, so when he has sales, he can order it NOT NOW, but I think for sure – LATER in a few days, weeks... (Order at least 2 mini-SDs :-) ).

I understand you – though we are in Europe, we live not in America, Germany or England, so the servise is not so excellent as there.
But the problem is what it is "batch-order".
The batch-order is that the seller waits untill more customers want something to buy.
So he must collect those partial-orders from different customers to order one big(-ger) packet.. When he does not do this he himself losses money... And when he sells just one knife in 2 moths or less, then ... you can do nothing with him when it goes to ordersing something...

I have simmilar situation as you maybe. A few years ago was situation here better.
Now I ordered victorinox-nail-clipper (just for fun :-) ). And I waited for it nearly 2 months. I took two of them. :-) One as a back up.
In another shop I ordered one small kitchen knife which was less expensive than that nail-clipper and it was here in a week (less money for business, but quicker) – so I think it still depends from the seller himself, or from contacts that he has with supplier (that may be Victorinox or something other.)

Problem can be what is and what is not in some central store in some specific country.
but technically is possible to order everything from catalogue!

I become different questions in different shops.

One shop: "We CAN´T order it. Just knive bla, bla, bla..." (I hear it as : "We are lazy to order it. Nobody wants it. I don´t care... etc. ")

Second shop: "Victorinox Pin? Yes I can order it. It will take some time."
(A time ago a Victorinox pin costed 0,1 USD (in US-currency. Now it costs cca 0,6 USD. Well that is business.... :-// )

Third shop (where the sellman knows me a little):
"Look! The situation with SAK ordering is getting worse and worse as the years go. A Week ago I ordered Blue Victorinox because customer wanted it and I became Green from supplier. And I have it here... Once I ordered leather sheath and I became from supplier nylon one. What can I do?

So knowing this situation here I know where to go when I want something special, Where to go for kitchen knife, where to go for pins, screwdrivers etc...

I wish you more luck with sellers and suplpliers...

If you need just a spare part like the screwdriver, a toothpick or a tweezer, I can go to my local shop here, they have it in stock. Just let me know and I can send you one (or a set). It's a strange shop, but sometimes it's just easier to go to a local shop instead of shopping online (and sometimes you can find some jewels there...)

The real problem is this-yes, I know that some member from mt.o could buy replacement screwdriver or toothpick and could send it to me or edcgear, who is also from Serbia, but we can't pay for it because there is no PayPal in our country.
Being said that, our options for buying are pretty much limited in credit cards.

As I see things here (with this specific supplyer, and he is authorized dealer and I dont know anyone other importer) those guys are whole seller and retail, but Vic is not primary buss for them. (a chain of fuel stations, office supply, school stuff, zippo, piatnik, vic., etc. even lately they have in offer vic ripoff's and I think that they did that ripoff trough some China manufacturer)...

Now I think it's like this: Q: "Can I order from you a ST Spirit plus version?"  A: "No you can not, you know we can not get stuff from Vic, when we order it can not be only one thing, but whole order (few pcs. of various items - that's what I ment by batch order, maybe it's wrong term?) vic does not allow us to order in small qty...", and what I hear is: "Yeah, right, what do you want?!? Go buy ST plus that we have, don't go fabricating (or imagining, or... think you get the idea) some silly stuff we dont have. What do you think, what will I benefit from yours one ST Spirit? It's too much bothering about!"...

Well for one thing you'll benefit a loyal customer that is ready to pay a little more than the price of ordering one from other source, just not to be bothered with orders, online payment (and f****n yes, we don't have paypal yet, it sucks!!), customs, postoffices, and possible "missing" of item ordered...

i.e. they have a Sentinel in plane edge like I want but w/o clip... If they don't have a customer service that will provide me with one w/clip, I'll go online to felinevet or EDCdepot....

I would allways prefer buying localy, because that way I support local community... But with this this customer service attitude, I'll buy anywhere...

But... If you overcome it silently, nobody will know about your problem and nothing will be changed.

So - I - I am just the customer - just one of thousands. BUT I personally like to - how to say it - to say to somebody up there: "Hey! I am here and I have problem! Why it does not work here?"

So - order from elsewhere and ONE problem is solved - you have it.
But the second problem stays - the problem is system... hm... let the Victorinox Company in Switzerland know, that their marketing in Serbia does not work... Maybe they can carry about it... I think...

Ohhhhh, I'm not that kind of guy!!  If someone is making complaints (but serious ones, not for any nonsence, but for really serious stuff) it's me!!

So if I'm pissed on something what is iregular, or against common sense, or any law, or... You get the idea, I just  and never  ....
