Not so much with the weight, but the blade popped out and carved me up a little...

Sorry to hear that! I think tightening the pivot screws for the inner tools should do the trick.  :)

I haven't had the knife cut me yet, but I have gotten my fingers stuck in the gears when closing the PPP one handed. Youch!
