I have a khaki Maxp. Thermite which actually is too "tactical" for me and just lay in the closet.. I'm looking for
a neutral "Jack Bauer/Indiana/Gareth Rocha" shoulderbag instead.. :)

I have a green hat with flowers printed on it. Looks like camo, and while sitting on a lawn it definitifely is  :D

I've seen that pic elsewhere. There is a series of them. Does anyone know what the story is with that guy?

It bugs me that people on the net see that with no story behind it and might think this could be what folks who are pro second amendment might be like. I suppose that might be a stretch to assume, but then again...

I'd like to know the context behind it. I hope it was a staged joke.

A bag won't look unfashionably tactical merely on account of being black, however, when paired with other black, tactical gear and clothing, on certain types of people, it can give off a military/swat/wannabe vibe. People who are concerned with making their appearance look less intimidating will sometimes deliberately select colorful gear, the way one might select a colorful handled knife to make it look less threatening to the sheeple.

I think in moderation, one can pass with just about anything.  Look at how popular camo is in some areas.  It makes good common sense however not to go bonkers on just one color.  If you wear all camo, you will look like a service person or wannabe.  If you wear all black you might look like SWAT.  My preference?  I like a little camo once in awhile but I generally go for the variety of different colors  :tu:
